The update frequency of the countdown timer associated with the Lone Worker safety button has been modified. The timer view is no longer updated every second when there is still plenty of time remaining. During the final minute, the update interval gradually shortens, and eventually the timer updates every second again. Based on customer feedback, we will continue to review the logic behind these update interval changes, and further adjustments may be introduced in future releases.

This change has been implemented to better support the wide range of Android devices and versions. Different Android platforms place varying requirements and constraints on application behavior, and this improvement enhances compatibility across different devices and operating system versions.

This is solely a visual user interface update and does not affect the functionality or usage of the Lone Worker safety feature itself.
