Starting in April 2025, Secapp introduces Email2alert, enabling seamless integration of automated alerts via email. This feature allows alerts to be triggered effortlessly from any external system capable of sending email messages.
How Email2alert Works: #
- Secapp creates a dedicated email inbox for each alert source.
- When a message from an authorized sender arrives, Secapp automatically triggers an alert based on a predefined message template.
- Email2alert supports keyword filtering, enabling selection of the most suitable alert template based on keywords in the incoming email, or preventing alerts if required keywords are absent.
