Other safety-related buttons were also available, allowing immediate one-click communication to security management. Photos and videos could be attached to reports, improving situational awareness. Reporting was easy, lowering the threshold to communicate concerns,” Toivonen notes.

“We could have halted the event with a single button press, and the needed information instructions would have reached the entire event staff within seconds,” Toivonen states appreciatively.
