More accurate and efficient user selection

Selecting users to receive messages or participate in conversations is now easier than ever. You can limit users by group or skills, or search for them directly by name as before. You can also combine these filters. 

This new feature is available in all situations related to sending messages, such as sending Secapp messages, message pools and regional messages, and user selection in message automation.

The same filtering feature is also available when you add or remove users from messages in Secapp Inbox or conversations. This feature has not been added to the management of user maintenance rights.

When selecting users, you will now see the number of selected users and the first 20 user names at the top of the screen. If there are more users, three dots (…) indicate that the list is still growing.

This feature is automatically enabled for all Secapp users.
